We are the closest gated community to Disney. You can be at Animal Kingdom within 8 minutes. We are close to a shopping mall with a supermarket, shops and a wide variety of restaurants. All the attractions of the 192 are close at hand. Seaworld, Universal and all the attractions of International Drive are about 20 minutes away.
FOR THE GOLFERS - We are also surrounded by wonderful golf courses with 20 within a ten minute drive.
SUNBATHERS - because our pool is south facing, you will have sunshine on the pool deck through the winter months.
BIRD SPOTTERS - A variety of wild birds visit and some with their babies come to the house for food.
