Accommodation Description
Our Villa has a wonderful south facing pool area with spa and uninterrupted views of a conservation area.
Our villa has fully air-conditioned two storey 5 bedroom and 4.5 bathroom accommodation. It has 2 king-size master suites, 1 queen-size master suite and 2 twin bedrooms sharing a fourth bathroom. There is a large comfortable main family room, dining area and fully equipped modern open-plan kitchen with adjoining breakfast area overlooking the pool. There is also a second family room, which has a queen-size sleeper sofa, so can double as a further bedroom if required.
The screened private pool area, which is not directly overlooked, has a large secluded lanai, extended sundeck, and large heated pool and spa (hot tub). A pool-bath (toilet) is available directly from the pool area. As we are the last in a line of villas the pool area has fabulous uninterrupted views overlooking a conservation area to both south and west. This is a very quiet and private area equipped with a full range of luxury pool furniture. Pool lighting provides for ideal relaxation after dark.
Our villa satisfies all fire and safety regulations and we have a friendly and helpful local management company who will be happy to assist with any queries and are available 24 hours a day, should the need arise.
First Master Bedroom ? king-size bed with en-suite bathroom with a large corner bath, walk-in shower, twin vanity units and toilet. Large walk-in closet. Cable TV, radio/alarm clock and telephone.
Second Master Bedroom ? king-size bed with en-suite bathroom with a bath, fitted shower, basin and toilet. Closet, Cable TV and radio/alarm clock.
Third Master Bedroom ? queen-size bed with en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, basin, toilet and make-up area. Closet, Cable TV and radio/alarm clock.
Fourth Bedroom ? Disney Themed with twin single beds with ?Jack and Jill? bathroom, with a bath, fitted shower, basin and toilet. Cable TV. Walk-in closet.
Fifth Bedroom - Twin single beds with a closet and a shared bathroom. Cable TV. All bedrooms have night stands and chests of drawers.
There are many facilities available for use by guests, including the following.
