Our luxury 4 bedroom air-conditioned executive villa is situated at Highlands Reserve, one of the most prestigious holiday and residential golfing communities in the Orlando area.
Highlands Reserve, situated on the US Highway 27, is in a peaceful location set amongst beautiful rolling countryside with pine trees and orange groves adding to the natural beauty of the area. It is ideally located for easy access to all of the major attractions with shops, supermarkets and restaurants only a short drive away.
Our beautiful villa is situated close to the Clubhouse and is at the heart of the golf course. It can comfortably accommodate two families, able to sleep 8 people in its four bedrooms, and will also cater for a further 2 people on a comfortable queen size bed-settee in one of the living rooms.
Furnished and maintained to a very high standard, the accommodation comprises the following; -
A comfortable cathedral ceiling?d family room to add to that spacious feeling with a 36?? multi-channel cable TV, DVD, CD and VCR.
Elegant separate Dining room with seating for 6.
A second living room comfortably furnished with sofas, chair, lamps and tables also has the benefit of cable TV and VCR.
The luxury kitchen has ample work surfaces and is fitted with full size oven, hob, fridge freezer with ice maker, built-in microwave oven, dishwasher and waste disposal unit plus all the kitchen utensils and crockery you could need. Adjoining the kitchen is the breakfast nook with further table and chairs. This overlooks the pool and spa and is ideal for those more informal meals. There is a separate utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. A double garage leads off the utility room.
The master bedroom with king size bed adjoins the spacious en-suite bathroom comprising twin marble vanity basins, matching marble roman bath and a large, separate walk-in shower. This bedroom also has a remote controlled cable TV. The other available bedrooms consist of a second master bedroom with a double bed, which adjoins the cabana bath and two twin-bedded rooms, which share the third full size bathroom. All bedrooms have double wardrobes, cable TV?s and ceiling fans. Bed linen and towels are provided for your convenience.
The 28' x 14' fully screened, heated pool and spa are west facing to benefit from the afternoon sun and beautiful Floridian sunsets. Surrounded by an attractive, landscaped and extended deck area with chairs, table and loungers provided. Access to the pool can be gained from the family room, master bedroom or the cabana bathroom and all have alarmed doors for the peace of mind of those with children.
The pool is regularly cleaned and serviced by our local friendly management company and arrangements can be made to have the pool and spa heated.
A cot, highchair, stroller and a BBQ are available for use at no extra charge.
Only 30 minutes away from Orlando Airport, our home is a mere 15 minutes west of Disney?s Animal Kingdom. Local shops and a new Publix supermarket are also now within easy walking distance.
